110 Young Composers from 25 Countries Apply for the EUROMUSE Competition

Europe, February 15th. The EUROMUSE project is thrilled to announce that our open call for young composers has received an overwhelming response! A total of 110 talented composers from 25 countries across Europe and the world submitted their applications, showcasing an impressive diversity of backgrounds, styles, and artistic visions.

The exceptional quality of the applicants’ biographies and creative portfolios presented a real challenge for our expert jury, who faced the difficult task of selecting just six participants to move forward in the project. These chosen composers will now have the unique opportunity to continue their creative and experimental work as part of the EUROMUSE initiative, collaborating with museums and audiences to redefine the museum experience through original music.

We are deeply grateful to all applicants for their interest, passion, and support. The enthusiasm and talent demonstrated by this year’s applicants inspire us to continue expanding opportunities for young artists and students in the future.
