Audience Data Alliance in Skåne. 

MOLMO. 5th April 2023. The Second International Audience data forum was organized in Molmo on the 28 and 29 of March 2023 with the support of Region Skånes’ Cultural Agency, DEN, Kulturdata, CKI, and the Audience Agency. Audience Data Forum is an independent international community with a shared interest in identifying and sharing audience data insights and best practices.

The main goals of the forum were:

Digital transformation strategies (data maturity & organizational change-management) for cultural organizations and funders/agencies.

Methods and case-studies for measuring citizens’ cultural engagement across all art-forms.

Cultural organizations and agencies current capabilities and access to tools and resources that support audience development strategies with relevant data and insights.

Identifying opportunities and challenges in implementing cross-sector audience data solutions in the context of stakeholders and legislation.

The development of standards and benchmarks – facilitating the building of a common language and methodology for audience development strategies.
